Join Sarah Barrett for in our Monthly Restorative Yoga, the ultimate relaxation class.
In Restorative Yoga we use postures to help us learn to relax and rest deeply & completely.
Postures are supported, passive and held for a minimum of five to ten minutes to invoke a deep sense of relaxation, opening to both the mind and body.
This can be very healing to the nervous system (including the brain) and organ systems of the body.
Benefits can include;

• Better digestion and elimination

• Reduce muscle tension and general fatigue
