Come and unwind in this 90-minute floor-based class with Tanya.

In this Restorative Yoga class, we use postures to help us learn to relax and rest deeply & completely.

Postures are supported, passive and held for a minimum of five to ten minutes to invoke a deep sense of relaxation, opening to both the mind and body.

This can be very healing to the nervous system (including the brain) and organ systems of the body.

Benefits can include;
• Lowered blood pressure
• Improved immune function
• Better digestion and elimination
• Reduce muscle tension and general fatigue
• Assistance to the body and mind to restore vital energy

Open to all from complete beginners to more experienced practitioners.
