Restorative Yoga
Tuesday 14th March 7.15pm to 8.30pm
Come and unwind in our monthly Restorative Yoga class.
Laying on your mat on the wonderful warm floor, we will use postures to help us learn to relax and rest deeply & completely.
All postures are supported, passive and held for a minimum of five to ten minutes to invoke a deep sense of relaxation, opening to both the mind and body.
This can be very healing to the nervous system (including the brain) and organ systems of the body.
Benefits can include;

- Better digestion and elimination
- Reduce muscle tension and general fatigue
- Assistance to the body and mind to restore vital energy
Open to all from complete beginners to more experienced practitioners.
