Tanya and Steph will take you through a transformational morning of nourishing mind, body and spirit.
What to Expect:
- A detoxing yoga flow to help release toxins from the body.
- Meditation to cleanse thoughts and beliefs that we no longer want to carry.
- Restorative and Yoga Nidra to allow new intentions to sink into the nervous system while enjoying some deep and nourishing rest.
